Not So Recent Events!
I previously choreographed the Disney Channel commercial for the W.I.T.C.H. series of books, originally from Japan, launched in the United States in September of 2004. The spot will run on Disney, ABC FAMILY and Nickelodeon TV. W.I.T.C.H is now an ABC Family weekly animated series.
I also served as Casting Director and Choreographer for Broadway.Com's 2003 & 2004 ad campaign. The spot aired initially during The Tony Awards.
In December of 2003, I was selected Semi-Finalist in the 2003-2004 SDCF Dance Break competition. This is the third year in a row I've been selected to this elite group of up and coming Choreographers. last year, due to my stint in North Carolina as director of West Side Story, I had to withdraw from the final selection process.
Last fall, I produced and directed a very successful initial reading of this new play, by the up and coming playwright, Drew Brody -- called The Making of a Sex Odyssey. The reading was very informative and we are moving ahead with rewrites and working towards a full blown workshop in the early part of 2005. In line with that process,We submitted this project to the Sundance Theater Festival.
I directed and choreographed Some Enchanted Evening, the Rodgers and Hammerstein Revue , at the University of Scranton in February '04.
In March of 2004, I was hired to choreograph the 25th anniversary Bacardi Industrial at the Las Vegas Sports Center!

The show was ranked in the TOP TEN entertainment choices for all of 2003 in the Triangle Area surrounding Raleigh-Durham.
I was hired as a principal dancer and seen briefly in the New Paramount Feature the Stepford Wives starring:
Nicole Kidman, Glenn Close, Bette Midler, Faith Hill, Christopher Walken, Matthew Broderick, Roger Bart, and others. (Many of the principal dancers were uncredited, which was awful after we spent over a week on set in rehearsals and shhoting, and most of our footage was left on the cutting room floor, I am listed on the credits at www.IMDB.com)

Wayne Cilento Directed and Choreographed the two other shows: Batir and A Hot Minute.
I spent time at The Historic Struther's Library Theater in Warren, Pa. The theater was built in 1883.
I was the Director/ Choreographer of the International hit The All Night Strut! The production was well received.
Following that, I choreographed a fun new Busby Berkeley typeTV ad for Broadway.com that aired five times during the Tony Awards in 2002.
I am also currently serving as Adjunct Professor for Musical Theater at Nassau Community College on Long Island.
Prior to Sept. 11th, I was hired to serve as Artistic Director for BravoTV, for a program called On With The Show, an arts in education documentary program. Due to scheduling difficulties caused by those events I have had to change my plans in regard to this program.

And then, Sweet Charity at Theater By the Sea in Matunuck, Rhode Island which ran through September 9, 2001.
Prior to that, I appeared as a Cat's Helper, in Seussical, The Musical at the Richard Rodgers Theater on Broadway. We opened November 9, 2000. We closed on May 20, 2001, after 196 performances.
And prior to that, I was in the original cast of the Smash hit revival of Kiss, Me Kate at the Martin Beck Theater!
